Christine DeFilippis is a fitness instructor, program developer and owner of Pop Fit Studio, a music driven group exercise studio located in the Philadelphia suburbs. Growing up in the competitive dance world, Christine danced for Temple University and went on to be the head coach for the LaSalle University dance team.

She has spent 25 years leading group fitness classes as well as creating the award winning fitness Red Hot Dance and Barre Fitness programs. She holds a variety of specialty certifications in addition to Group Fitness certifications through ACE and AFAA. She is Global Ambassador for the Body Image Movement, a DanceOn Partner, a BOSU Master Trainer, a FitFluential Ambassador and is a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her mission is to motivate the world to move more through music.
